Jan has many years of experience in selling properties. We were retiring and moving out of state and had our residence and a rental property to sell. Jan used her skills to get our home sold in less than 24 hours! The commercial property took more time but both properties were sold for more than we were asking and closing was done quickly and smoothly. We would recommend Jan if you are buying or selling.
