We had a very pleasant exeprience with Mark Kolbe. He was very patient and went out of the way to assist us throughout the purchase. He accommodated our schedule and was willing to take us around at anytime of the day. In addition, we had to do some work on the property prior t moving in. He also helped in getting us a contractor and overseeing the start of the work.
