Ross sold our home for us while we were moving out of state. We left the Austin area to move and never had to go back to Austin once we moved out due to Ross's team helping us out. Ross dealt with issues with renovations we were having, helped us get contractors lined up, etc. Then, during the ice storm that hit Austin, Ross and his team went above and beyond and went to our house to check to ensure there were no frozen water lines, etc. We are really appreciative of his team going that extra mile. We have used Ross on multiple occasions buying and selling. I kid you not when I say his last name is very fitting. Quickest realtor to date in my personal experience on executing contracts and has always provided a smooth transaction. This guy really goes above and beyond!
