Daphne was extremely helpful during the whole home buying process! She was very knowledgeable about the market and homes in Austin and the surrounding areas. Daphne is a great realtor. We were part of the Onion Creek Buyout after the Halloween floods of 2013. She showed great patience and resolve to get us into a home. Even having to wait while worked out financing and never giving up the fight. Working with sellers to accommodate earnest money costs and keep us on track. Great real estate agent! Very helpful, always available, and most importantly... helped me find my perfect house. I preferred to not look at houses I can't afford, or are not meeting my requirements. She is realistic and very knowledgeable of her market, and spent the time to match my needs accordingly. I love my home, but if I need to ever find another home, I will be calling her again. :)
