Wade was awesome and knowledgable! He was with me every step of the way and was able to guide me through a multiple offer situation with the house I fell in love with. Buying a home can be so stressful but he kept me calm and wasn't bothered at all with my many texts and phone calls.

Allisun Morgan sold my house in Crestview and then found me a house accross town in Cherry Creek. I love my new house so much! I would highly recommend her. She paid a lot of attention to me and worked hard to find a house I liked. It was a complicated transaction as we found the new house before the old house had sold. I can't say enough good things about Daphne. She is truly amazing!!!! She helped us to sell our condo with multiple offers one day after listing. She also helped us with the purchase of our new home. Wade Williams is awesome! Wade really took the time to figure out what I wanted in a house when I barely knew what I wanted myself. Wade watched all the places I had wanted to look at and found one that I missed. The one that Wade pointed me to is now the house I own and and am so happy to call home. I have had a very positive experience with Ms. Bowles in finding a tenant as preparing two lease agreement. Since the leases could be signed online, it was expedient and easy. She was knowledgeable and answered questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend her.
