Beware doing a deal with these guys, I invested with them on a property and they've closed on the flip for over a week now and they won't call me back now that its time to share the profits. Shame on me! Day 2: Well they called me back after I posted this, still no sign they will honor our agreement, but they did say they would turn my concerns over to their attorney, I guess they want to be litigious. Maybe things will turn around tomorrow.
