OMG! all I want to do is pay the HOA fees. Instead, I spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to explain it to them and because I paid quarterly this year, they couldn't figure out how or how much I need to pay for next year. The lady I spoke with wouldn't let me say two words without interrupting me. At the end she had no answer and sent me to a voice because no manager or anyone that could figure it out was available.
