I worked with a part time realtor on a house listed on Kristen CT in Spring Texas. She didnt want to do an open house for me because I had not left any furniture in the house for her to stage. I got her to agree to an open house after a couple months. She did 1 open house. I was not happy about that. The house was listed in October of 2019 and it is still on the market for sale today. Not saying the whole company is bad but the way we were treated by one of your realtors was just unprofessional and rude. She ghosted my realtor after we submitted an offer for a home. No feed back whatsoever. Would say she would call or text back. Avoided my realtor at all cost. And then sends her a short message 3 days later saying they had accepted another offer. Bad business when you had a serious buyer with and already approved loan.
