I used Really Professional Cooling to install a new AC in my business location. They also now maintain my new AC. They are very professional, do high quality work, and have excellent customer service. Whenever I have to call them, they are very responsive and get me on the schedule quickly. I highly recommend them for all your AC needs!
RPC did a great job on our routine maintenance at my house AND at my office. Mark arrived on time, fixed a hardware issue, did a thorough a/c clean and system check, and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend!
Mark was an unbelievable technician, he went through everything making sure all the components, switches, wiring everything was hooked up correctly and found several errors which he fixed. The heat now works perfectly and we have no more problems. And unfortunately we had to have all this service performed over the weekend which made the service call cost more than the norm. I would highly recommend this for their honesty and integrity and the cost effectiveness.
