Not to My Standards My wife and recently signed a contract with Reality Homes to build our costum home. At the begining it was very impressive with the sales staff in Oregon (Woodburn). But after being told that I could install certain items (such as a furnace because of a family business), and signing, it has been down hill ever since. I believe it is too late for us to pull out of the contract without loosing a bunch of moneyl!!!! Just started having Reality Homes build my new house Before deciding to build a home I did all the research and visited numerous places, got quotes and went through the normal process of finding home builders. I wasn't particularly impressed by any of them, and then I found Reality Home Builders. MRS. Oh my gosh! I would not have Reality Homes build your dream home! My daughter is now having her new home built by Reality Homes The property that the house sits on is 5 acres they are digging and digging all around her house and now the water is coming closer to her house! There was no standing water until now! Pierce county keeps telling Bosco Construction to keep digging around the house! Do not do it What everyone is saying pretty much sums up the companys business ethics. What ever you do , do not sign a non discloser aggrement, This will enable you to be able to tell your story. Go and picket in front of their business if you have to if thats what it takes to get your message accross to them that what they are doing is wrong . Hold them accountable. Reality homes spokane We had a home built by the Reality Homes in Spokane, Wa. The price was right but my wife and I had to make many, many calls to keep the construction process going. We did get a verbal quote on extra concrete that turned out to be a few thousand dollars inaccurate. During construction the building inspector would not sign off on the trusses because they had installed the wrong ones. BEWARE Would NOT recommend! They give you the run around on everything, The branch Manager/owner is very rude and unprofessional. We had a meeting with him when we had problems with our home being built. Not only were they months behind in finishing it, my husband had to finish it for it to pass the inspection when they couldnt pass the first two times!!! Not very well built homes, they cut corners and don't stand behind their work. Very disapointing experience.
Customers must have a Construction Background Reality Homes built our dream home. The cost ran about $50 per square foot and the financing did not require any money down (though we did have to buy the land). These are the good things. The problems: We dealt with a lot of headaches in the building process--incompetent management and subs who didn't show up for days/weeks at a time.
