Pay on time, decent shops
I did 2 shops for this company with the 1st being over 2 months ago. I emailed the scheduler along when I will receive payment and was given a grocery list of things to check. Everything was done already and I emailed her back to let her know. Over a week later and no response. Now both payments are due and I have nothing. Avoid this company.
Take a second look at older workers
I love doing shops for RBG, they are a great organization. The schedulers are professional and very easy to work with and the shops are so much fun! I wish the rotations were shorter..then I could do even more! The only negative is a contracted scheduler you use, Nikki. Her emails are threatening, unprofessional and even rude. She is also dishonest. She promises bonuses in her emails, yet she does not put them on the shop in the job board. She refuses to answer emails about this problem and also refuses to add the bonus afte... read more
Nikki needs to learn how to communicate properly. She resorts to threats on the first email and lacks common courtesy and professionalism. She also doesn't read emails as she will always ask me questions that were addressed already. I deactivated myself from the platform only because of her. There are good jobs with this company but I don't need to deal with her garbage.
