Mike has done my lawn for over 30 years--superb service, very friendly.
I could write a book. But I’ll leave it at the woman I spoke to had zero customer service skills when it came to my many concerns. Had she heard my concerns and addressed them reasonably instead of telling me I was wrong for wanting communication and a service that was equal to what my neighbors received and that what her employees wrote in their communication log was the way it was, we could have maybe continued service.
