Appointment was at 10 but waited until 11... I've been here twice and both times I've had to wait for way longer than the appointment time. I suggest changing the name to Nocare as the staff are unfriendly and the efficiency is low.

Dr Jose Riveraand Dr Conrad are good but hard to get a hold of, Dr Liping Tian was ok though I kind of found him hard to take seriously as he seemed abit cocky but put me in the right direction, Dr Hans was just an absolute smart alec who wasn't very helpful so I won't be going back to him again, the other Drs there... meh. They are all still better than than some medical centres out there.
Dr Katie Zhou is the worst GP ever. No compassion and inpatient. When I asked her about the lesion I was concerned about, she said "it's too small, I can't see it". All the time she was googling about my medication and proposed treatment. Ridiculous. I could have google it myself.
