I've been coming here for years. The doctors and staff are always nice and friendly. I honestly don't get why the rating is so low.
Visited this clinic twice and had a very bad experience both times. When asking questions, the response was often “I don’t know,” and the reception staff were rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience overall.
I am so impressed and grateful for this practice. Dr Howard Hii is a credit to the profession — so thorough, you can tell he really cares. Reception staff have also been very kind and accomodating when I’ve needed urgent appointments. And the nurse out the back is to-the-point but obviously a qualified and careful human. I first came here in a rush and wanting a bulk billed practice. But I’ve come to really see this place as a gem. I’m only hesitant to review so positively because they’ll get really busy! Haha Thank you all
Not recommending here. You are not welcome. The receptionist was very rude. They don't smile and unbothered if you are waiting in the reception.
