I personally witnessed and observed "dr" Betty's lack of mannerisam, arrogant and aggressive manner which she displayed towards a patient who was experiencing obvious physical pain affecting her walking etc."dr" Betty, in an attempt to cover her lack of knowledge, resaurted to blaintently downplayng patients real symptoms and health problems patient presented her with.Further more, she spoke to the patient in a condescending manner which was utterly inappropriate.One has to wonder where she obtained her qualifications from?
Avoid at all cost.. Doctors are like a fast food drive through.
I have been going to this medical centre over 20 years. I have had no major issues. However, lately their phone service to get an appointment is disappointing.i have rung them today from 9.30 am until 11 am, the message keeps saying that they are currently closed even though on the same message it says they are open on Sunday’s from 9 am - 1.30 pm.
Would give a zero if it was possible. Hans Liu is dismissive and unprofessional. Brought in an elderly patient with known heart conditions and concerning symptoms. Doctor was completely dismissive, refused appropriate referrals, and claimed he couldn't order tests because he's not a cardiologist (which is incorrect as any GP can make these types of referrals).
