Important to know this is a Sales organization. They are putting you into solutions for which they are paid. They put me into CR of MD for which they made $5000. They did little to earn that money and this investment is garbage. I think they made more than I did. I'd treat this org with caution.
I invested in two properties through Real Wealth Network's recommended provider, CR of Maryland. While they marketed CR as a vetted and reliable turnkey partner, the reality was anything but. One property had months of missed rent, a failed tenant placement, property abatement, and misrepresented condition — and Real Wealth did not step in or help resolve anything when I reached out. I purchased properties through RWN and attended many presentations on opportunities in various areas of the country. Kathy Fetke is an amazing source of inspiration and guidance who cares about her members. Especially for newbies, the educational lectures, trips and offerings make getting into Real Estate easier.
so far they recommended property Management and CPA who ended up being a horrible recommendation. They are not on investors' side.
