I invested in two properties through Real Wealth Network's recommended provider, CR of Maryland. While they marketed CR as a vetted and reliable turnkey partner, the reality was anything but. I purchased properties through RWN and attended many presentations on opportunities in various areas of the country. Kathy Fetke is an amazing source of inspiration and guidance who cares about her members. Especially for newbies, the educational lectures, trips and offerings make getting into Real Estate easier.
so far they recommended property Management and CPA who ended up being a horrible recommendation. They are not on investors' side.
