After signing the paperwork it was a pain to get any type of updates. The first person I spoke to suddenly stopped responding and the second person told me that I was to work with them, no one else. Suddenly a realtor started calling me randomly and not telling me who they worked for while asking odd questions, sounded scammy. Then found out they work for them as a partner. We have many text messages and calls to the seller giving him updates. On our contract we explore all options to maximize returns and it's very clear. We use partners, realtors and potential partners when evaluating properties we have the interest in purchasing. If comments were made from our partners we can't control that, but the property was in really bad shape, we also have 20 business days for our due diligence so yes it was almost a month but it's part of the process. Sergio and his team are wonderful. They always take you call and answer any question you might have. closing was very good. Thank you and Amanda who was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend RPS if you would like to close quickly.
I responded to their cold text with "make an offer" they called and asked very reasonable questions and made a reasonable offer. They closed when i wanted and rented back until i could move. The close went very smooth and everything funded just as they promised. Five star for sure!!
