Would highly recommend this property management company. They have been incredible at communicating with us as tenants and initiating timely fixes to any reasonable needs around the home. Anyone would be lucky to have Michelle their property manager!
Changed to RPM after I had a terrible experience with a different Property management group. That experience finally ended when a lengthy eviction process completed. The house needed a lot of work to get it ready to rent. RPM got working on the house immediately and the results were fast and fantastic. RPM makes you feel like you are their only client. Very responsive, thorough, and professional.
I have had a great rental experience with RPM. They are great at keeping you on track to getting your rental property started. I felt that it was very helpful with setting up utilities from staying on track to recommending helpful optional resources like lawn care. Communication is incredibly clear, exhaustive of covering all areas of questioning you might have about a property.
