They are a joke! They don’t fix anything. We had someone who wanted to move into the place my daughter was renting. They raised the rent and it was going to cost 3 times the amount of the rent for them to move in when it was all said an done. He would have done the yard and fixed it up and painted it.
SCAMMERS. they posted the rental for 900 a month and 900 deposit. it really was 1015 a month and 1600 deposit cause of their scamming fees. they don't tell you all this up front so they can try to keep your money. management was really rude specially when you asked for the contract DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
