The apartment was filthy when we moved in and smelled like animal urine especially in the hallway and under the stairs. Light bulbs where blown. Lots of damage from previous renters dog chewing up the trim and a long list of damage that we made sure to list. We had to clean everything. I love real property management they have always went above and beyond anytime we have called ( after hours maintaining is horrible to deal with but it isn't home based it's a hot line ) thank you billi , dana and kurt we understand your only human
They treat tenants terribly. The staff doesn’t understand it takes 2 things to be successful in property management business; property AND tenants.
I had put a post on here a few months back under Debbie Kiesil Butcher. It was stating some issues my daughter had with RPM. I like to happily say the issues have been resolved.
