Stop! serious mess going on this property management. They listed apt. with lower prices and when you applied, ran your credit and approved they change their mind and increase the prices. They are very rude, disrespectful and aggressive. Very unprofessional, they wasted my time, money and references and they were still very very rude. be careful!
At first Hector Vazquez seemed very nice. Answered my call when I asked about viewing the apartment. I scheduled and same day it was cancelled because "something came up". Had me reschedule which I did, just to be cancelled AGAIN the day before and being told it is no longer vacant. I would have appreciated being told that they had already showed the apartment and had a potential candidate then making me rearrange my schedule to be able to go in ...
