Working with Tomas Stieben and his team has been a great experience. They handled our early move-out situation with flexibility and professionalism. Their system for addressing repairs is excellent almost every time, the issue was resolved within a day, sometimes even the same day. Truly impressive! A happy tenant here. highly recommend!
We are continuing to have an extremely horrible experience with Real Management Company & Mr Mario Catani as our HOA management company. Firstly they sided with HOA board & engaged in over-spending of our HOA funds to a point it went way below healthy threshold. Then our HOA raised our HOA dues 32% in 2yrs and on top of that, they slapped us with an illegally done emergency assessment to paint our entire 106 unit complex for $530,000. We had an extremely bad experience with 'Mario Catani' & team at Real property management. They are just not accessible at their office and have a high-security setup where you can't get hold of anyone at their office to discuss any HOA issues. Even on the phone they are very rude dealing with us, always unhelpful. They sided with our HOA to jack up HOA dues unnecessarily and charges super high prices for ordinary repairs. Stay away from this HOA management company for your community.
