I live out of state and she assisted with getting a tenant out and saved me thousands and thousands. Her approach is calm, relaxed, professional, and to the point. Never dragged her feet and took on a problem tenant with ample alternative solutions. She will be managing my properties. Wish I could clone her for my other place. She answered late in the night, was always responsive/calm/collected. The best.
