Absolutely terrible experience with the maintenance department at RPM Meridian. We have had an active roof leak for MONTHS and nothing has been fixed. At this point, FIVE different roofers have come out to provide estimates, yet somehow no actual repairs have been completed. Meanwhile, the damage continues to get worse. The living area is bubbling with water, the garage ceiling literally came down and is still sitting unrepaired, and the garage door still does not work properly. Russ always welcomes us with great customer service excellent availability, very friendly and considerate. I very much enjoy having him as my property manager. He is on top of all issues and very dedicated to quality. Always willing to work with tenants and goes above and beyond to make sure they have a great experience!
