I have had no negative interactions with this company. I I've had nothing but positive interactions
I rented 2 homes from this company, Both were lost the foreclosure within the first two years, The landlord of the property's name was Darrell I also have had issues finding rentals through this company in the past. They play a lot of phone tag
I think a lot of people are mixing this company up and not caring enough to do research or really make a decision themselves. They are respectful and are straightforward, not a lot of places are like that so I definelty am cherishing they're honestly.
Love them or hate them, they're country wide and could care less about what you think. All I'll add is expect to get less than half your deposit back no matter how thoroughly you do your move out
