RPM lonestar is the best property management company I have encountered in my 12+ yrs here in austin! They are responsive and fully fix issues as they arise. I highly recommend working with them.
If I could put 0 stars I would. BAD COMMUNICATION all around. They never answer the phone! I had a realtor reach out to them to lease one of the their properties. My realtor gave them all of my information & they encouraged me to apply with that information. I was denied & it was a complete waste of time. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Find out when you have a housing voucher, it’s 3x your portion of the rent. They clearly discriminate.
I can’t say enough about Rebekah and her willingness to help and go above and beyond everytime. We are so happy in our home and have enjoyed working with her since the start. It’s a great feeling to know she is there to help anytime.
I needed a place to live in 4 days and Rebekah helped me figure that out in a total of 3 days!! I am absolutely impressed with her and the whole process. She was timely and got exactly what I needed done to get approved and for that I’m forever grateful! One minute I was stressing about not having a place to call home by the weekend, and the next had a lot more peace. Would recommend her and she deserves a raise for sure!! Or atleast a bonus
