Your standard large real estate company. They will nickel and dime you for the usual wear and tear upon move out. $600 for repainting a kitchen, $100 per set of blinds (which were in disrepair upon move in anyways), $250 to fill in nail holes in a single room, $150 mystery 'hole' repairs (why is it cheaper to fix these mystery holes but $250 for a dozen nail holes?). $400 unspecified 'deep clean'. New owners took over at RPM a few years ago. Communications were not so clear initially but have definitely improved. Recently, I worked with Bryce Low, who is new on the scene at RPM, to re-rent our property. He was incredibly responsive, supportive and helpful. In all, the company seems to be on a good track and I would recommend them to manage your property or to assist you with a rental.
I applied to lease a home. Bryce was very helpful in processing my application. Bryce also offered me a great deal on a very nice home that I wanted to rent. Bryce is also very helpful processing repairs as needed.
