Rented a property for about three years through this company. Maintenance was never done on a timely manner. Emergency maintenance items were always delayed. The property that we rented had so many water / flooding issues. Getting moved in was a slew of ill managed procedures. They weren’t even finished painting on move-in day so we had to move into a house that was in progress being painted. Stay far away. I lost thousands in major damage because they can't be bothered to pick up the phone for the tenant or owner. The contractors they use also do terrible work or no work at all but then you get charged for it. I had to have every single job they hired out redone and ate the cost. Terrible terrible terrible.
Do not use. As a landlord trying to rent your house out he will not inform you of what's happening in a timely manner and you don't really have any say. As a renter, he is equally as unresponsive and unprofessional. He's collecting "background checks" for fun. Worst service I've dealt with to date.
I worked there doing maintenance work all the tenets loved is as contractors and Matt and Betty does not pay they still owe us money and the won’t respond or pay Matt and mike are mean and disrespectful to there tenants
I have been a renter for the past 1 1/2 years and I am happy with the service and professionalism from RPM. Chris is awesome to work with and always responds to texts and calls.
