Their drivers don’t use turn signals or at least the one that with the license plate that ends in 6437 doesn’t like to use signal otherwise I can’t speak with them professionally

Rented a property for about three years through this company. Maintenance was never done on a timely manner. Emergency maintenance items were always delayed. The property that we rented had so many water / flooding issues. Getting moved in was a slew of ill managed procedures. They weren’t even finished painting on move-in day so we had to move into a house that was in progress being painted. Stay far away. I lost thousands in major damage because they can't be bothered to pick up the phone for the tenant or owner. The contractors they use also do terrible work or no work at all but then you get charged for it. I had to have every single job they hired out redone and ate the cost. Terrible terrible terrible.
