We traveled across the country to move in to our apartment and discovered the apt wasn't clean. The people here are great. From the receptionist to the maintenance guy hands down the best in town.
RPM manages my rental property and I couldn't be happier. As an investor I'm looking at the bottom line and they're very aware of that. Also, I don't want to have to deal with the daily hands on management of my property, the small added expense is well worth hiring their services. RPM is the best property manegers in town!!
