Real Property Management was quick and efficient at getting my application processed and getting back to me. They were very helpful. I would recommend then to anyone looking to move into a new place!
The boss of the company treats her employees like garage especially when they try and please her and such a bully!!! Huge staff turnover! So rude!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. Ran by trashy people and not honest finances. Ew everyone knows you guys are trash hahahaha
Horrible company. They are just trying to get your application fees. I went in and asked about a place and if they have a couple applications already. the girl at the front desk told me no one had been accepted. I was going to put in one and pay the 60$ and if was already gone. such a scam if you already have a ton of apps don't keep taking people's money
Save yourself time and money by not renting with these people. They are terrible property managers. They don’t care about your needs as a tenant at all. They only care about themselves and how they can make money. They are not friendly in the slightest. And they are extremely careless to personal property when they do walk throughs. I found my jewelry set in my toilet today after they did a walk through two days ago. Not professional at all. I feel bad for anyone that uses them as property managers. My boyfriend and I moved to Redding about 8 months ago and we FINALLY found a place we liked! We got accepted for our townhouse extremely fast and are about to get the keys. As everyone knows, moving can be very STRESSFUL but Annie and Lindsey have been amazing!!! We work a lot and it can be hard to find time to get away.. but Annie stayed late so we could see our place and that meant so much to us.
