My sister’s rental house from real property management is uninhabitable, infested with mold. I have read & reviewed all communication between her and the property manager. My sister notified management about leaks in February (5 months ago) and that they never fixed it so the mold is due to the landlords negligence. Landlord just told her to buy a dehumidifier which she did. It has been 20+ days of the visible mold though it is a major infestation and likely inside the walls before that.
