Mark was a wonderful property manager during the 15 months we rented our home in Ridgewood, NJ. He was always kind, caring, professional, and responsive whenever we needed help. He stayed on top of repairs and addressed safety concerns promptly, making sure the property was well maintained. He treated us with respect and was a pleasure to work with. We truly appreciated everything he did for us and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable and genuinely caring property manager.

I would not recommend working with Mark and Real property management. The service is quite expensive. He tagged on charges towards the end of our agreement that shouldn't have . Mark was less than helpful in co-ordinating the leaving of our tenant. He will often speak only about what is correct for the tenant and almost seems to forget that he is repressing the owners and not the tenant's interest in the relationship.

Mark does a good job in taking nice pictures of the house. He also edits them to make it professional looking to post it on listing sites. He uses several listing sites which help get more people interested in renting out your place. He communicates with us through calls and emails. There is a website that he uses to show the expenses. He can improve more in showing his cost and the difference of higher in a professional to fix stuff the breaks for the house.
