Mark is great. Very communicative, proactive, transparent and trustworthy. He has been managing my property for one year while I am abroad. If anyone is looking for a property manger this is your guy.
One star for seeming friendly upon meeting but ultimately Mark didn’t want to rent to me and wasted my time although I had the income, showed paystubs and tax return, provided the details to verify employment with my company etc. I had to follow up for updates which led me to believe he wasn’t interested in renting to me. Definitely wasn’t proactive at all. He took over 3 weeks for the application process when it should have taken a day or 2.
