This is the first time we have worked with RPM to lease a commercial space. Alex D. ensured the entire process was seamless and painless. He answered all of our questions promptly and helped facilitate communication with the property owner so that we could get the space just right before we moved in.
The office staff is excellent and the owners are top notch, great company.
RPM is one of the last landlords that I would choose in SLO for your kids or yourself. If you are looking to rent, skip RPM. Their operations consist of squeezing college kids. Its disappointing to see a Cal Poly alumni (Jerry), have no issue going after kids that went to their own Alma Mater. Jerry is not a professional, and is hard to deal with. It's sad that in this day and age, there are adults that make a living off of being unreasonable and deceitful to young students.
