A property manager from RPM has been responsible for our home in Jacksonville for nine years, as my husband was stationed out of state with the Air Force. I talked to you on Sunday and it was 70 degrees, your AC was out, we scheduled someone to come out on Monday. Your home has a home warranty, and yes sometimes "they" take longer to make make repairs. I apologize for any inconvenience.
