The best thing about Real Property Management has been communication. My past experience with other property management companies has been horrible communication, but these guys communication is never a complaint. Being a landlord is not easy or fun. Fortunately for me, my family has always owned rental homes and I have learned to deal with all of the bs from my father. RPM though has made it much easier to deal with all of the landlord headaches.
I recently purchased a rowhome in the Dundalk area of Baltimore County and hired RPM to handle everything. I have used them before so I was already familiar with how they work and what they do. Veronica and Joy are particularly very helpful and very pleasant to work with. They know the local market and the local regulations which makes it a lot easier for someone who is new to being a landlord in Baltimore County. This area has great returns on your investment and RPM has been very helpful to me in realizing these returns.
We have hired Real Property Management to manage a few of our rental properties for us. This office has been helping us with a couple of properties we own in Baltimore County. Veronica, Sonya, and Suleman have been very helpful and a joy to work with. These guys are very knowledgeable when it comes to county laws and regulations also.
