This team (Craig, Monty and Immer) have been a blessing to have as a property management team, they are all very responsive and incredibly quick in situations that need action with our rental!
RPMA has been great! Monty was nothing but helpful throughout the whole process and we can’t thank him enough. Very excited to be renting from them.
- Terrible follow though on verbal and written requests; disregarded information - Incurred thousands of dollars in plumbing costs rather than inquire where outside sewer access was (which was also noted in an email regarding facts about the house) - Would not provide receipts of major work performed - Did not follow up on and/or repair shoddy work performed - Did not ensure photos were removed from listings when rental ceased *I have email proof of all of these things
We have worked with Real Property Management Advantage on a couple occasions so far. The process has been smooth and very organized which is so important to making things time efficient. Monty is a pleasure to do business with! We look forward to working with them more in the future! Highly recommend!
Craig and Monty have both been wonderful to work with- they have been responsive, answered all of my questions, and were very patient with me on my first time renting out a home! They rented out my home quicker than my expectations and have made the whole process very easy. My experience so far has been great!
