Their lease agreements are deceptive and unfair - please read them carefully. If you have to break lease for any reason - they EXPECT YOU TO PAY THE FULL RENT and utilities, until they find a new tenant - yes it's not one/two months break clause, it's the full lease duration, and the lease terms doc is very cryptic (you've to read between the lines to fully understand it and realize what you're getting into).

My fiancé and I tried getting ahold of these ironically titled “real” property associates by phone and email for weeks. We got nothing but their voicemail and some late response automated email replies.
I’m so frustrated with this company. They helped me move into my rental house and the whole experience was terrible. Now after a year it hasn’t gotten any better. My property manager never responds their not available, never answer the phone, has never responded to an email and is very short on the phone
