Poor communication about date of closing and with the loan officer, worked against me with the seller being my uncle and would not remove Zillow photos after requesting multiple times, showed the home and did walkthrough with seller which specifically asked not to. Did not have paperwork ready at closing. Overall messed up situation by both seller and Brandon, he did not work well during this terribly overpriced house that was family and had personal appraisals completed. He just wanted his 6%.
They are very nice dependable people. There prices are very reasonable
