Worked out for 4 days on my family vacation. Everybody was great. Big wide open box with a lot of room to do workouts! Thanks for letting me continue to be a better athlete! I would highly recommend this box to anybody that goes to the Siesta key beach area.

I had never worked out before 6 weeks ago. I walked in with no experience or expectations and now I feel and look better then I have in years. RFS is more then a gym, it’s a family. I was scared of gyms because I had no clue what to do or how to do it, but the atmosphere or family and camaraderie made learning what I was doing, if not easy then relatable. All the trainers are helpful and patient, all the members are friendly and positive, and RFS has made something scary and mysterious fun and something to look forward too..... read more
