I was on vacation in Siesta Key and took the "on ramp" course from Meredith. She was extremely knowledgeable and took time to understand my goals, limitations and experience. The members are very friendly and all the staff professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend RFS Crossfit.

Great place, wonderful trainers who are compassionate and TOUGH at the same time. You will sweat a lot! They have workouts Saturday mornings on Siesta Key Beach too.
