We contacted Mark Johnston to give us a bid for a kitchen remodel. After claiming emergency and having to spend 14 hours putting Christmas lights on his truck, he didn’t have time to spend working on a bid for us, after promising one over the weekend. We tried to be patient, but the lack of communication and unprofessionalism, it was clear he simply didn’t care about a potential client.

Update: Mark has compensated me for a portion of the monies paid. Mark resurfaced our kitchen countertops in April of 2021. Since then they have peeled 4 times in different areas. Mark would come out to fix the areas but only after I messaged him several times, until this last time. If us still not corrected and now he’s blocked me on Facebook. We also used them to put in a new backsplash which came out very sloppy. Now, not only are we out $1200. For that work, We are having to replace backsplash and counters. I do not reco... read more
