Their real estate agent, Michael Eaves, informed us we would be sued with a "Specific Performance" lawsuit because we DID NOT want to pay an additional $4,000 towards his clients closing. We initially came down $19,000 for his Buyers offer and after the Buyers did their initial inspection, came down another $10,000 for the roof and soffit for a total of $29,000. We DID NOT feel we needed to take another $4,000 loss for the Buyers. I emailed Ms Darlene Brown to inform her of his what I would call unethical/extortion tactics w... read more
