In 2018, my wife and I used Carrie to list our lot in Winter Park Highlands. We had owned the land for over 35 years. Within six weeks of listing the land, we received and accepted an offer. I have closed three sales with Peter over the last few years. Peter has always been responsive and extremely knowledgeable on Grand county real estate. The main thing with Peter is his ability to put a deal together, and to go way beyond what a normal realtor would do for his clients.
