Amanda is awesome. She helped me with a first time home purchase. She was patient and knowledgeable and made sure every question I had was answered. I would highly recommend her to any person that I know to work with.
Julie was an excellent partner in our home search! She was extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate scene - which neighborhoods were good for what, future development plans, why one place may work better than another, etc. She was also always responsive and available to look at properties when we needed. Having an agent like her in the mountains vs. an agent in Denver or another area of the mountains was extremely helpful and valuable. Would definitely recommend Julie to friends and family.

We bought a townhome in Winter Park with Sue's help. We told her what we wanted and she showed us properties that fit our request list. Then she promptly showed us a property with an amazing mountain view that was an excellent value (we had asked for a river view property) and we were smitten. If she hadn't known the landscape in Winter Park so well, we would never found our "happy place"!
