Elle is not only a wonderful agent but a wonderful person always on the look out for what's best for her clients first and foremost. her and her team made the process of completing our transaction almost an afterthought when closing day came because it was so seamless and easy. she's attentive to what the client is looking for, not just making a quick sale. as long as my family transacts real estate in this area, Elle will be the person we use.
Elle is a long term resident of the Valley and knows the market well. She had great background on recent relevant sales that helped us determine the best sell price. She and her team also were able to help line up potential buyers based on their local knowledge. The entire process went smoothly and Elle's recommendations and input were spot on.
