Not a legit company, was given the run around about how to apply. They do not respond to emails, folks be careful both addresses I have for the company are fake they belong to other businesses. How can y’all write reviews on a company that don’t exist, also the number don’t work.
Buyer beware!! This rental company is awful and this is one of the reasons they are being bought out. They wrongfully withheld my security deposit and claim that damages exceeded the amount which left me with a balance. I had photos to prove no damages and yet they would not accept them! Should have taken them to small claims court.
RENTERS BE AWARE THIS PLACE IS FULL OF SCAM ARTISTS!! WE CLEANED THE HOUSE OUT AND CARPET CLEANED WITH RECEIPTS TURNED IN FOR 819 MUSTANG TRAIL, THEY LIED ABOUT GIVING US OUR FULL DEPOSIT BACK AND DIDNT.. WE WERE A MILITARY FAMILY ON ORDERS AND HAD TO LEAVE OUT OF STATE AND GOT CHARGES THAT WERE FALSE... ABOUT SOME CLEANING THEY DID, THAT HOUSE WAS CLEANER WHEN WE GOT DONE WITH IT THAN WHEN WE MOVED IN!!! DONT LEASE FROM THEM, THEY WILL LIE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
I have been renting with this company for a little over 2 years now. By far the best experience I have had renting. The staff is nothing short of amazing. Everytime I had a problem it was fixed very fast. Kim is the best when it was time for us to move and we needed a place and wanted to stay in the same school district. Kim found a way to make that happen. I really enjoy when Robert comes to do repairs. Couldn't ask for a better maintenence guy, very professional tells you how it is. I really appreciate that. This place is horrible to rent from. The owners of the homes they manage,if they're broke and can't fix a problem in the house,they wont. Our refrigerator went out,the owners would not fix it for three weeks,so we lived out of coolers,house needs a new duct system in home,the owbees said they couldn't afford it,but the real estate place wanted my rent on time. I wouldn't recommend this company to no one!!
