This guy has been managing my property and collected rent from a tenant, yet hasn't paid the rent to myself.. I have rung and emailed. Pat advised myself he would deposit the money into my account same day, that was two weeks ago.. So disappointed with this service, I'm out of pocket thousands of dollars now.
