Absolutely horrible. This guy Jack was so rude and disrespectful on the phone. The way he talks to people it seems like you should be thanking him instead of treating the customer with respect. Like the other reviews, he acted like a total bully. There are much more accommodating and friendly vacation rental agencies. We ended up staying with By The Sea Vacation Rentals and Saskia and the others were fantastic. The property delivered on all aspects and then some. STAY AWAY FROM GIZMO. JUST LIKE THE GREMLINS!!!
Bait and Switch BEWARE of Real Estate Gizmo. Please check different sites online for other reviews, facebook, yelp, homeaway and view my photos. Pros: * They helped resolve significant issues like the hot water and dishwasher that did not work properly and they sent someone to fix the crumbling of the ceiling into the bed and the cable in a timely fashion * They attempted to find a comparable property when we were told they “have to move us” because of “issues” with the house, namely that it had “rats”. Vi fick två fantastiska veckor i ett underbart hus "blue water terass" Annika och hennes team är suveräna. Har hyrt semester bostad av Annika flertalet gånger och det har alltid fungerat perfekt. This company is awful. They overbook properties and dump vacationers into whatever second rate house they have available. Jack called us as we were on our way to the rental house we booked through him and told us it was no longer available. He put us in a house 40 mins away. When we complained he threatened to call the police on us and tried to kick us out of our rental house. We have 3 little kids with us and he showed up at the house for an argument.
