Took Joe Kennedy's cram session. It was extremely informative in that he not only explained answers to the tests but why the other answers were wrong. Heard about the class from an agent who called my company last week. So glad I took the class!
Hopefully if you’re taking the online class you have no technical issues. It is impossible to get through to anyone and get help. I have called multiple times. Left messages. Never received returned phone calls. I reached out through Facebook messenger (the message was read 2 minutes after I sent it) still to no avail. This is beyond frustrating!
