GIRE's online pre-license testing format was exactly what I needed to succeed. It was well organized, easy to follow, covered all of the important content, and did an awesome job of serving up review sessions so that I could retain all that I learned. I passed my State Exam on the first try and haven't looked back since with six contracts closed within my first six months in the field. I've already recommended GIRE's training to others and will continue to do so!
I took my Sales Agent training/Cram Course at GIRE and found it to be a wonderful experience. Throughout the classes I had the opportunity to interact with multiple teachers and found each to be extremely knowledgeable and accomplished. Would highly recommend taking Real Estate classes at GIRE.
I loved, loved, loved my RENE certification class with Rich Hart. I learned the type of negotiator I am, I learned to expand my capabilities, and I also learned how to bend a little more. I feel like a brand new broker! I recommend this class to anyone who is serious about their real estate career!!
I took both the ABR and PSA classes with Joe Kennedy. They were very informative and helpful.
My education experience with GIRE (now Capitus) started with taking the online real estate pre-license course back in 2005. It was the easiest and most efficient way for me to get my real estate license. Now, 13 years, later, I run a successful real estate business, and I have been taking both online and classroom courses -- for CE and for designations and certifications. Capitus may be a new name, but it remains the best place in the Atlanta area for real estate education.
