Christian and his team (in particular Mindy Plum) went above and beyond to sell my home. My family and I moved out of state and I needed somebody to take care of ALL of the details including hiring, negotiating with and scheduling contractors, providing me invoices and getting those payments to the contractors, controlling access to the house and even picking out colors and flooring. Christian has been a great agent and real estate counselor to me over the years. Every sale or purchase he’s represented me on has had it’s challenges, but Christian has a gift with problem solving.
