As a property management company, nah don't use them Mr. and Mrs. homeowners. NEVER can i get a hold of someone in this office. On MULTIPLE OCCASIONS it has taken over 3 weeks for them to cash my check. Maintenance requests are not taken seriously. when i first moved in i remember needing to get my things moved in right away, (having a deadline to vacate one house) AND having having tried to call their office on multiple occasions, I couldn't get a hold of anyone, to get my key; so i drove to their office, walked inside, and... read more
I have had the pleasure to rent from Pat Gray for the last 7 years and time have flew. Pat and her team have been amazing and the owner Mr Wilson have been great as well. Mr Wilson will ensure you feel at home and Pat will ensure you have everything you need to call the property you rent HOME. If you want a land lord that really cares, this is where you need to be. Ask for any homes that Mr Wilson own and I guarantee you will not regret it.
Working with Marty was wonderful. When Stacy and Grace took over that’s when the nightmares began. I can see why there was a divorce between Marty and Stacy when you have to deal with someone like her. Grace was an even bigger nightmare. The property I was renting was going to sell.
