Joleen Skipworth was incredibly helpful during my transition from the Purple Rail to the Prestige units. I would definitely consider renting from her and her amazing team again. She was very understanding and lenient, especially when it came to issues and misunderstandings with roommates. I rent with this company and they have been wonderful, will always get things done when needed. Very respectful, friendly and personable. Highly recommend the Stephenville area if you’re a student coming in or even already attending!
