Both of our college students leased an apartment in Stephenville. Joleen was amazing! She is friendly, honest, and helpful. I love it that the apartment is leased by the room/person instead of just one lease for all tenants. The complex is well-maintained and safe.

Recently, we rented a house from Pat Gray Real Estate. We moved into a house that had been cleanedand freshly painted. During our 2 years there, any issues, even the smallest, Meredith immediatelyhad it taken care of. Joleen Skipworth was incredibly helpful during my transition from the Purple Rail to the Prestige units. I would definitely consider renting from her and her amazing team again.
