Worst company ever to rent homes from! The house my friend lives in is owned by them and the foundation is terrible. Water leaks through the ceiling, her stairs are broken, its roach and mice infested and 2 neighbors said the last 2 tenants had the same issue. The wiring is bad because of the mice im sure and her window in her sons room just fell out.
